Ingredients:pork spare ribs - as many as you desire
plain white flour
1 tsp salt
a pottle of Yeo's Spare Rib Sauce (from your local supermarket or Asian grocery)
Method:Put the flour and salt in a shallow dish. Coat the ribs lightly in the flour and salt. Transfer the Yeo's Spare Rib Sauce to a large bowl and roll the ribs around in the sauce till coated. Put them on a rack and grill until crisp. (Make sure they are cooked through). Serve while hot with loads of paper napkins.
Preparation time - 5 minutes + cooking time
