Ingredients10 frankfurters
10 hotdog buns
colby cheese - grated
onions
oil
American mustard
Fancy ketchup
Method:Warm frankfurters in boiling water for 10 minutes, then take off the heat. Fry the onions in a saucepan until soft.
Add onions to the bun, place frankfurter and top with mustard, ketchup and cheese. Put under the grill until cheese starts to melt. Cut into bite sized pieces and serve.
Preparation time - 30 mins
+ 2 hrs marinating time
